Madonna's 1st UK no.1, with no release in the US, a great opportunity was missed. Coming from her 1st major film role 'Desperately Seeking Susan' it has become another classic Madonna track.

The Uncut shaped picture disc was never a commercial release but was released from the factory plant as tests.
