For the UK the disc wasn't eligible for the singles charts nor the album charts so there goes Madonna again breaking rules & regularity by releasing an EP that doesn't sit anywhere in UK chart system.

Fantastic hard rocky remixes of 4 tracks from the American Life album, apparently this was the way Madonna intended the 'AL' album to sound but was toned down and 'electronicd' up, so the result was that we were treated to an EP which coincided with her 21 years of being a recording artist.
